Leapmotor B03 Electric SUV Set to Debut in Nepal at the NAIMA Mobility Expo 2026

The Leapmotor B03 electric SUV, marketed as the A10 in China and B03X or B03 in international markets including Nepal, is set to make its local debut at the upcoming NAIMA Mobility Expo 2026.

First unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show, the B03 is built on Leapmotor's latest-generation EV architecture, combining everyday practicality with modern electric mobility. It features a front-wheel-drive (FWD) setup powered by a 100 kW electric motor producing 200 Nm of torque.

The SUV also comes equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels, a 14.6-inch 2.5K HD touchscreen infotainment system, Level 2 ADAS, and a generous 510-litre boot.

Shangrila Motors Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Leapmotor vehicles in Nepal, has confirmed that the first B03 has officially departed China and is now en route to Nepal. The electric SUV is expected to arrive in two variants, offering different battery capacities along with feature-specific differences.

The B03 has already enjoyed an exceptionally strong market reception, helping Leapmotor achieve record sales of 93,376 vehicles in June 2026 alone. With its competitive specifications and expected pricing, the B03 is poised to emerge as a strong contender in Nepal's affordable electric SUV segment.

Dimensionally, the B03 measures over 4,200 mm in length and 1,800 mm in width, while offering a wheelbase of more than 2,600 mm. Its dedicated EV platform maximizes cabin space without compromising maneuverability for urban driving.

Built on Leapmotor's latest LEAP architecture, the SUV supports advanced technologies including door-to-door ADAS, an AI-powered cockpit, and full over-the-air (OTA) software updates.

A high-density LFP battery delivers a claimed driving range of up to 500 km (CLTC), while DC fast charging can replenish the battery from 30% to 80% in approximately 16 minutes.

The B03 also features a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor paired with Qualcomm's SA8650 intelligent driving chip, enabling advanced parking-to-parking autonomous driving capabilities.

Inside the cabin, Qualcomm's 8295P chipset powers the infotainment and smart cockpit experience, ensuring responsive connectivity and enhanced in-car functionality.

Positioned below the B10 in Leapmotor’s lineup, the B03 enters the compact SUV segment as a direct rival to the BYD Atto 2.
